Frequently Asked Questions
What will happen once I submit my form?
Once your form is submitted one of our team members will review your request. Once the request is reviewed we will email the submitter to go over any details needed and or answer questions that may have been asked. Depending where we are in Then we will go over the project, time frame, budget, what is expected and any other questions in mind. We ask that you be as detailed as possible when submitting your form so we can better assist you.
What sessions do you offer?
We offer from portraits, lifestyle, to photos for your website or events. This is why we encourage clients to be as specific as possible on the forms so we can determine if we are the best fit for you! We want to meet your needs and offer the best but still have our creative touch to it.
Why are there no prices on your website?
We did not place pricing on the website for the reason that each project differs from one another. We put lots of work, thought and skills to provide the best service we can offer. Therefore placing a fixed pricing limits the project and no room for customizations such as length of project, needs, props, locations, wardrobes, etc. During our consultation and communication we will go over our starting prices and work out all details so there won’t be any misunderstandings. This is why we encourage you to let us know your budget and your expectation so we can quote you correctly.
When will my photos be delivered?
In general, our turnaround time depends on many factors such as season, editing needs, number of images, number of people in team, photoshoot schedule, and printing requirements. Depending on the type of project will determine the time frame of delivery. Mini sessions and smaller session on average will take two(2) to three(3) weeks to complete and deliver. Bigger project such as weddings or commercial bookings can range from four(4) weeks to two(2) months or so but these are estimations. Clients will receive time frames in their contracts.
